Our client is a design studio who work with global brands bringing to life visual experiences for live events, spaces and immersive destinations.
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Producer to strengthen their production team. This is a senior, delivery-focused role for someone who thrives on ownership, commercial control, and leading complex creative projects to an exceptional standard.
As a Senior Producer, you’ll own delivery end-to-end. You’ll be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and client experience across multiple concurrent projects, acting as the primary link between clients and internal creative and technical teams.
This role suits someone practical, decisive, and calm under pressure—comfortable leading from the front while supporting teams to do their best work.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery & Production Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of allocated projects, from early exploration and pitching through
Budgeting, Resourcing & Scheduling
Prepare detailed project quotations covering resourcing, timelines, suppliers, technical requirements, and costs
Track budgets, cost control, forecasting, and profitability across projects; proactively mitigate commercial risk and protect margin
Client, Process & Studio Contribution
Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, leading communications, approvals, reviews, and decision-making
Build strong, trusted client relationships and stay close to client activity, identifying future opportunities
To be considered for this role you should ideally have experience in motion design, VFX, experiential, live entertainment or immersive media. If you've worked internationally or on complex multi country deliveries that would be an added bonus.
