Account Director – Digital & Integrated Campaigns
📍 [Central London] | 💼 Full-time | Hybrid/
We’re looking for an experienced Account Director who knows how to deliver impactful digital and integrated campaigns – and who’s passionate about growing and nurturing client relationships.
No two days will be the same. From social and video to email, web builds and POS, you’ll oversee multi-channel campaigns that make a real impact. You’ll be the senior point of contact for clients, driving projects forward, managing a talented team, and pitching ideas with confidence.
🔑 What you’ll be doing
Leading integrated and digital projects from concept to delivery
Building trusted, long-term client relationships
Growing accounts while maintaining strong profit margins
Writing inspiring briefs and ensuring projects hit scope, budget & deadlines
Presenting work with energy and confidence to persuade and excite clients
Leading and motivating a collaborative, hands-on team
🌟 What we’re looking for
Solid agency-side experience running major accounts and teams
Strong knowledge of digital channels (social, video, web, AR/VR a bonus)
Excellent communicator with top-tier presentation skills
Strong commercial acumen – forecasting, budgeting & account growth
A proactive, solutions-focused leader who thrives under pressure
